Private Lesson Booking
Everything you need to know to make the most out of our booking app!
AVAILABILITY:
Private Lessons for the following month go online on the last Saturday of the month at 2:00pm unless otherwise posted. Please keep in mind this is not an automatic process, and done manually by Maciej so please be patient if it is not up by exactly 2:00:00.
Our coaches open availability based on their own personal schedules, as well as the gym's schedule. We know it can be frustrating when lessons are limited, however most of our coaches have multiple jobs or school and do try to fit them in whenever they can.
At this time we ask that you limit your booking to 1 per week on Saturday. If you want to check back later in the week to see if there are still appointments available you are welcome to. We do ask that you do not book back to back lessons. We are working on a longer lesson option.
MAKING AN ACCOUNT:
We highly suggest making an account through Acuity on our website. This will be available to you after you book a private lesson or open gym. Select "Register for an Account" and enter your information.
Once you have an account, you will be able to see all your upcoming appointments every time you go to the Private Lesson scheduling page on our website. You will also be able to reschedule and cancel by selecting the date of the appointment.
PURCHASING PACKAGES:
We offer deals for buying a package of lessons. 10% off for a set of 5 and 20% off for a set of 10. There are no expiry dates to these, however you do have to know which level type you would be using.
Other than the price break, packages also allow you to book lessons faster (no checkout process while trying to grab that lesson on Saturday at noon!) AND, if you need to cancel the lesson (within the allotted time frame), it just goes back onto your package.

RESCHEDULING VS CANCELLING:
While booking can be done up to 4 hours before, rescheduling and cancelling requires 24 hours in advance. If you can't make your lesson within 24 hours, post the availability on BAND to see if someone will buy the lesson from you.
Rescheduling & cancelling can be done on the website if you have made an account, or through your confirmation/reminder emails.
Whenever possible, reschedule your lesson instead of cancelling it. Especially when not purchased on a package. This way you don't have to wait for a refund to be processed. BE SURE TO EMAIL kaitlyn@cheerprideallstars.com if you had to cancel a lesson not booked on a package code. Refunds are not automatic and have to be processed manually.
