Drop In Classes

                For Season 20, we will be offering a number of different Drop In Classes at CPA.

These Include:

  • Body Shaping/Strengthening
  • Jump Classes
  • Flyer Classes
  • Strength & Conditioning Classes (Bases/Backspots ONLY)

 

Theses classes are open to every athlete in and out of the gym and are good to help your athlete improve overall strength & flexibility.  These will all be held in CPA's studio on the mezzanine of The Den.

September Classes Classes will be available Saturday August 24th at 5:00pm                                                                                               **September Classes INCLUDE October 1st-5th

October Classes Open Sunday October 5th 5:00pm                                                                                                                                   **October Classes INCLUDE November 1st-2nd

November Classes Open Sunday November 2nd 5:00pm

December Classes Open Sunday November 30th 5:00pm
