Drop In Classes

For Season 21, we will continue offering a number of different Drop In Classes at CPA.

These Include:

  • Body Shaping/Strengthening
  • Jump Classes
  • Strength & Conditioning Classes (Bases/Backspots ONLY)

Theses classes are open to every athlete in and out of the gym and are good to help your athlete improve overall strength & flexibility.  These will all be held in CPA's studio on the mezzanine of The Den.
