Drop In Classes

                For Season 20, we will be offering a number of different Drop In Classes at CPA.

These Include:

  • Body Shaping/Strengthening
  • Jump Classes
  • Flyer Classes
  • Strength & Conditioning Classes (Bases/Backspots ONLY)

 

Theses classes are open to every athlete in and out of the gym and are good to help your athlete improve overall strength & flexibility.  These will all be held in CPA's studio on the mezzanine of The Den.

December Classes Open Sunday November 30th 5:00pm

January Classes Open Sunday December 28th 5:00pm

February Classes Open Saturday January 31st 5:00pm

March Classes Open Saturday February 28th 5:00pm

**March classes may include 1 day in April from the 1st - 5th
