Flyer Classes
Get ahead of the game with tried and true drills and stretches to make you the best flyer you can be! This program is a combination of techniques from gyms all over Canada and the USA.
Athletes will be taught safe stretches lead by an experienced coach, as well as drills to help them hold themselves properly while stunting. They will also learn stretches and exercises to do at home to learn how to strengthen themselves to become stronger tops.
Please note: this program will not include stunting, only stretching & strengthening exercises, along with drills!
